WARRANTY

All VIP TIE products include an exclusive VIP TIE WARRANTY. If for any reason your VIP TIE experiences any warranty defect, within eleven (11) days of receiving your original order VIP TIE will ship out a brand new replacement unit at no extra charge. A warranty replacement fee of $33.30 may apply if warranty issues occur after eleven (11) days of receiving your original order, as well as all additional shipping costs for warranty replacement must be paid BY THE customer.

VIP TIE will determine if the damage was caused by the customer or faulty product, in the case of the first situation, no refund or warranty replacement will be given after the eleven (11) days of receiving your original order.

All VIP TIE products must be stored in a cool, dry place, and must be washed by HAND ONLY in COLD WATER, failure to do so will result in a damaged product.

All the imperfections or nuances of colour are due to the original special 3D production process and are not to be considered as defect.

VIP TIE is not responsible for ware and tare damages.
